Melodrama is a series of four photographs depicting ordinary couples in Korea. I photograph to reveal the dramatic undercurrents hidden within everyday life. By observing young couples on the street, I sought to capture the moment they emerge as protagonists of a larger narrative I call “Korean Melodrama, 2025.”
